swissnuclear is the association of the Swiss nuclear power station operators (Axpo Power AG, BKW Energie AG, Kernkraftwerk Leibstadt AG and Kernkraftwerk Gösgen-Däniken AG) and represents their joint interests. swissnuclear provides support to the nuclear power stations for safe sustainable operations and in the further stages of their life cycle and is committed to optimizing overall conditions, internally and externally. The member companies of swissnuclear operate the nuclear power stations Beznau, Gösgen and Leibstadt which together meet around one third of the country’s electricity needs.
